delivery boy demanding customers to pickup courier from there location. when customer told them this is your responsibility or job to deliver courier at customers location then they cancelled the delivery

Product not delivered
Had a very bad experience from Flipkart. The delivery guys brought the product to my home to deliver it. And they took it back. They said there is a problem with OTP, but I am not sure what’s wrong with them. I purchased a Bicycle for my nephew as an Easter present, he is only 5 years old. He is really disappointed now, because I bought 2 bicycles for my 2 nephews. One got delivered on time and the other one was took away by the delivery executive. I can’t accept the reasons they said. Really disappointed. Is there any way to give half star.Show lessAlosious25

Fraud application. They can used personal information with deliver product. I ordered nothing and they giving me 2 products and using my personal information. Even I don’t ordered something and took money from my dad. This app is ridiculous. Stop using this app. This app is not safe. Be aware.Khyati10

Pathetic customer service
I ordered medium size belt for my puppy but size issue will be their when it was delivered i had contact to customer service and first time they said it will be refundable or replaced but on another day they called and said it can’t be refundable and replacable such a poor service will be provided by flipkartShow lessDuggu31024
Please don’t go for Flipkart Flights
One of the worst flight booking service where i feel a single agent is more clear and apt about the terms and rules.
I had to cancel my flight due to some medical emergency and again I had to book the same flight at the same time but now they are giving partial refund saying air india is not refunding.
On App you can chck for terms nothing mentioned.
Dont get scammed by this bookin service.

Bad products and service
I live in USA and used this app since years to send some gifts to parents. I recently ordered product for my parents and I was ordered white color product( color scam) they were delivered different color and damage, my parents wasn’t aware of the color and damage which I ordered from flipkart. I have contact customer care immediately to explain things to them they were said that I was open box delivery and can’t replace. I’m compelled to share my disappointment due to the item arriving in a damaged condition.Show lessNavi@1227
worst service
I would rate 0.5 , if i have option ,Worst service and customer care does n’t even respond properly, they dont understand what the issue , they scheduled multiple times of my TV installation , they didnt came to install the TV , its has been more than 5 days, they keep on saying the same script as “we scheduled your appointment , the person will come and install the TV “ .worst service of flipkart , its better to get the products from other ecommerce .Show less29sr
