Terrible UX
The idea is solid and basic things seem to function fine, but the user experience is straight up dreadful. Completely littered with confusing UI, no consideration for device sizes, and forces landscape mode for multiple views for no reason. One of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded.Jamie Kudla
Good app, if the management looks at/reviews it
The concept of this application is good. The problem(s) with it are
1. Management infrequently view the site.
2. Violation areas are pretty vague, not very specific
3. Training opportunities for board and homeowners not readily available, especially for the home owners.
The majority of our homeowners don’t even know this exists
4. Hasn’t improved the service to our community
5. No follow up
6. In the app no way to contact property management, you either have to go old school and call or their web siteShow lessiHarleyDavidson
RealManage App
App is great to use when you need info quickly. You can access tons of information about any home with your HOA. It's easy to use and anyone can use it to report deed restriction violations.Stevebj
