Hallwag Map
This is a book of maps of Europe with version download for iPhone. It started out fine, worked for three weeks and then quit. There is no way to re-download or correct it. Contacted the company in Switzerland and received an instant response with a new activation code, but that didn't work either. The map book is very good, but I'm disappointed that the download failed.
Update: The company in Switzerland has been very responsive and helpful, but their digital map is worthless. Received another new code from the company and
it failed again, and again, and again. Apart from good customer service, having this digital map on your iPhone is worthless.

Download not working at all
I tried downloading a map on this app with the code given on a paper map I had bought and it keeps getting stuck in the last stage (after entering the code) I've updated everything and problem still persists. A bit useless, this app, it seems.
