About
A 75-day challenge you can actually finish.
Five things a day: the workout, the protein, the calories, the water, and three lines of gratitude. That's the whole app.
ONE PAGE PER DAY
Open it, tick the workout, type three numbers, write three lines. Every change saves itself — there is no save button to forget.
TARGETS, NOT JUST NUMBERS
Protein and water fill toward a floor you set. Calories fill toward a ceiling you shouldn't cross (or a floor, if you're bulking — your call). Each band is its own meter: the fill is the progress.
THE CARD
Seventy-five tiles, fifteen across. Each day's tile fills from the bottom by how many of the five landed. A missed day stays a gap — it does not reset your count. Consistency beats perfection.
SUSTAINABLE ON PURPOSE
No two-a-days, no starting over on day 41, no progress-photo shame. Set targets you can keep for seventy-five days, then keep them.
REMINDERS, YOUR WAY
Add as many daily reminders as you like — a morning nudge, a mid-day water check, an evening close-out. Each has its own label and time.
SHARE THE CARD
One tap renders your card as a clean story-sized image, ready to post.
YOURS, FULL STOP
Free. No account, no subscription, no ads, no analytics, no servers. Your log is one file on your phone, and you can export or restore it any time. Ounces or millilitres, your pick.
Yesterday is editable. The future is not. Day one is whenever you say it is.

What's New in 75 Sustainable
1.1.0
August 30, 2026
• Protein, calories and water are now sliders — drag the fill, or tap the circle to mark the target done (it remembers what you had). • Calories over the ceiling show red past the target line. • Tap a gratitude line to read and edit the whole thing. • Water bottles: tap "Water" and add a glass, bottle or tumbler in one tap. Set up your own under Settings › My bottles. • Calculate my targets: a built-in calorie and protein calculator in Settings. • Progress page (was "The Card") now ends with a word map of everything you've been grateful for. • The keyboard gets out of the way: tap anywhere or hit Done.
