Terrible customer service

After booking a flight you can’t make any changes to your reservation. They require you to make an international call to customer service, and after a lengthy and costly conversation with customer service nothing gets resolved. They’re absolutely useless.

تم الحجز من موقع nomadticket من السنة الماضية والى الان لم يتم استرداد مبلغ التذاكر علما بأن الألغاء تم من قبل الموقع وقيمة التذاكر 512 دينار كويتي وتم التواصل مع ويجو وموقع الحجز والان الموقع مغلق !

.They stole excess money from my credit card.

I do not recommend dealing with them at all. They stole an additional amount from my credit card, and there is no phone number or email to contact the company.

Horrible customer service( non existent)

They are freaking scammers, got me an hotel and itwas overbooked and can’t check in and when I talk with customer service. It’s the same bot over and over again saying please have paitence. It’s been fling 2 hours and they are not helping me. They took my money now I can’t even book another hotel. What am I supposed to do ? Sleep on the road?
