The application is buggy
It will crash and the session disappears and then you argue with people in line that you were actually there

Denied access โ on multiple iPhones
At first I could get in, then suddenly it denied me access. I have two iPhones (using my Wifi or outdoors with data), and I also tried on several iPhones in the Apple store (using their Wifi), plus computers (theirs and mine), an iPad, and also at an ATT store (their phones and mine, using their Wifi). Iโm on for a short time AT BEST, then denied access (or the screen greys), whether I entered further into the site or app or not.

On one hand, itโs been incredibly helpful having accessing so many essential agencies all in one app, with a clear straight way to arrange appointments. The problem is that it constantly isnโt working. I WANT to give this app 5 stars, and I happily will as soon as the issues are fixed.

My visit for Israel
This app is not user friendly. I tried translating Hebrew and it doesnโt help. You cannot make an appointment when you donโt know where or why the appointment is for! Hated it!!!
