The worst UI ever!
The user experience is so bad, too many clicks every new search you need to retype all details, I have an appointment wanted to get the address...impossible...I have no idea where to go.
Mediocre at best.

Hi, the available dates are determined by the service provider and we have no control over that. Notwithstanding, this sounds strange as usually availability for the Ministry of Interior is within a few weeks.
