Thorough daily app
This app has been my favorite Bible based app. It takes you right from beginning your day with a beautifully written morning prayer. Then there are lessons to guide and grow your mindset I Jesus. And finally, there is an evening prayer to close out your day with. Everyday, each component is new and fresh and it feels like spiritual companion. I love how you can easily share various components with others. This is a blessing because God’s word is not just for you to covet. It is meant to be shared and to lift others up to a higher and better place. It is a perfect to to help fulfill part of that call to action God asks of us.

I read the Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening readings. Even though he was from the 1800s much of what he says is for today too.
My only disappointment is why this app has to change the writing to adapt to the US market in todays it says 5 cents but in the original it’s 5 pounds the currency of England and 5 pounds is more like 5 dollars

Such a blessing to have these words of faith and encouragement available at my fingertips.
I have used many if these writings in print books and love the joy they bring.
To have these precious thoughts from the “old saints” is a gift beyond measure.
To be able to share daily blessings with others is a gift.
I love the About section in Settings that allows me to know the source of these beautiful devotions.

Lovely app. Well presented and a large selection of time-tested, sound, faithful content from well known spiritual giants; who are no longer with us but their wisdom rings out to all generations.

Great content
This is a wonderful app. I especially love the morning and evening prayers and daily verse as springboards for deeper prayer. Such a great selection of devotionals too with Streams in the Desert and so many more all free of charge. Minimal adverts and the ability to be rid of them for a small donation. Love it! Thank you🙏

Best devotional app!
Update -I downloaded the latest version and it hasn’t been working as well as the older one. I can no longer change the scenery picture if I want to share the verse of the day, Some of the icons seem to be “broke“. I reached out to the developer to see if I could revert back to the earlier version, but had no response from him. It is still a most helpful app, but I’m hoping they can get these bugs fixed.
I love this app and use it during my devotional time every day. You get multiple devotionals not just one, and I use the two Spurgeon ones daily. The pictures are beautiful and I love that I can edit the verses before I share them. My only criticism is that I paid for the app because I wanted to support it’s creator, and that should have removed the ads, but it didn’t. I still have them. They are rare and not even annoying but I was slightly disappointed that they were not removed as promised. Overall a five star app.

Voice Glitch
Even though I have a male voice selected, from time to time I hear a female voice. When I checked my settings, the male voice was still clearly selected.

I love and look forward to all of the readings everyday...AM & PM. I'm quite elderly and I find the prayers easy to read and understand.
