Dismal
This is one of the most frustrating apps I have used. It has all the reliability of a chocolate teapot. Deleting readings doesn’t work reliably. Transfer of data frequently just circulates and fails, the recent readings tab shows no recent readings.
Using the BP and app is reliable in one thing only, it is liable to put your blood pressure up.

The apps essentially useless with modern phone
Worked well on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, but recently moved to an iPhone 15 Pro and menu buttons cannot be reached. Moving across the app isn’t possible anymore.
Useless app
This app is absolutely useless, it tells you to send info over to the beurer HealthManager pro but then tells you to log in (but I was already logged in) but I went through the process or rather I tried to but tapped log in and put my details in and it came up doesn’t recognise user details please input valid details, so I tried forgotten password feature and put my email address in and it came up with an error has occurred please try again later, so I went on the new app and it comes up with a synchronising scales notice at the bottom of the screen and then changed to an error had occurred and that’s as far as I’m ever able to get it’s really frustrating and completely useless the only thing that works is the scales it’s self and that’s it, the apps just don’t work at all if I could give minus stars I would rate it a minus 5 stars

BF 700 scale Beurer
The original app going back 4 to 5 years ago stopped working with my scale, so I used the scale without the app for 3 years.
Just reloaded the app again and it seems to work well this time around, I don’t trust this lot to keep the app updated and working.

Discontinued servers. No notifications to users. Useless and should be removed from App Store

The developer must be stupid! Anyone who can connect the device to the app is a genius!
Has potential, but currently terrible.
Some people have complained that the combination of scales and app doesn’t work well when there’s more than one user. I’m the only one using mine and it’s still terrible. I bought it because it provided a range of measures - it never occurred to me that these wouldn’t automatically record to an app. Even the things like weight (which does record) doesn’t do so reliably. I’ve weighed myself every day for the past 6 weeks, and only 13 values for my weight have actually been recorded. Seriously thinking of taking the batteries out and putting the scales in a cupboard while buying a different make to record my information.

Good app but needs a couple of changes.
Enjoy the app but in the Diary view Weight is titled kilograms whereas it should say “weight”. Not everyone is under kilogram method. 2nd under weight in the Diary the BMI is not listed with the other measurements. To see it you have to go to the recent measurement table and touch weight and see some data and BMI is listed there. It should show in the Diary view also.

Unreliable
Have owned Beurer scales for over 3 years now and only unreliable thing is connecting to this app. App won’t open after entering login credentials, just blanks out to Home Screen. No error message, just crashes. Has done this several times a year and outage lasts for weeks. About to give up and get a new set of scales with a reliable app. Don’t recommend.

Poor connectivity for years
I’ve used the scales for years and blood pressure device on and off. Consider these devices to be usable as standalone “dumb” devices. The bluetooth connectivity is atrocious - rarely works. The online registration which forces you to register private information (your birthdate) barely works. If you are looking for smartphone “smart” devices steer clear of this brand - it’s aweful.
