The following functionalities are now available: - A pencil icon is now available. The mobile application now allows the creation of emergency tickets if the selected type of work is one of the following: Bris d’eau/aqueduc, Bris d’égout, Poteau brisé or Fuite de gaz. In such a case, along with the existing Date début travaux, a new Heure début travaux field is displayed, which allows users to specify the work time. The time is decisive in determining the Emergency level for the ticket (which is automatically selected by the system).
