  • App can use help!

    I don’t like the pharmacy app because it’s not user friendly.
    It looks old and out dated. The Walgreens app is allot better.
    I don’t know why you can’t just use it.
    I was very happy that Walgreens is in Brookshire’s because it’s allot closer to my house but the App
    needs help!!!
  • Very clunky

    So I have been using this app for a few years now and the same thing keeps happening. It takes almost a min and a half to load the button that I need to hit to get to my refills. It is slow going from menu to menu as well. And if I am managing a family member it takes a long time as well.
  • Easy to use

    It easy to select your Rx, easy to run a report of any time period, easy to see $ amount per Rx or time period.
  • App broken

    Would love to have a usable app again for ordering and filling my prescriptions.
    Either can’t log in, or when I can is very frustrating to use. Disappearing prescriptions, etc.
  • Frustrating

    Logging in is a constant battle - I’ll try to sign in over and over, and eventually *might* succeed by force-quitting the app and trying again. I’ve switched to using their website for my pharmacy needs, which is way more reliable.
  • Fix it!!!

    The prior app was wonderful. This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It freezes every time you use it. It won’t load and just goes blank. I can expect to spend 20 minutes trying to see if my prescription is ready. Heaven forbid you call and ask. They tell you to use the app. PLEASE fix it!!
  • What did you do?

    You made it horrible. After years at Brookshires this horrid app is almost enough to make us go elsewhere. But for the great pharmacy staff we’d be gone just for the app that somebody lied to somebody saying “better user experience.”
    The executives would be better served to see these comments and DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE APP.
    I’m waiting for it to show MY PRESCRIPTIONS SO I CAN TELL MY DOCTOR WHAT NEEDS RENEWING. Oh—too late!
    What a sorry software team you must have.

    First thing they did was shut us out of an app that WORKED WELL, EASY TO USE. Then it took six months and we still only have two of us out of a household of four. AND IT WILL NOT SWITCH FROM MY WIFE, WHO IS PRIMARY ON IT, TO ME WHO GOES AND PICKS UP PRESCRIPTIONS.
    No problem with one of our household because one is gone now.
    You’d better wake up and take food care of customers. This is a competitive business and your software is a substantial liability.

  • Hate this app!

    I’ve been trying for 3 days and can’t see anything in my account. Checked for maybe a version update being needed, nope. It’s always glitchy, takes forever, signs out at random, and freezes up, but these last several days have been especially infuriating. I hate that the old website isn’t even available anymore - most apps still have a physical website you can also use. I wish I could give zero stars.

  • Not dependable

    I never had trouble with the old app. I really dislike this one! It takes forever to open, freezes regularly and when i really need it it won’t open.
  • Disappointing

    This app is the worst working app I have ever had. The structure is off, it’s confusing, it locks up every time I use it… I literally have to attempt to log in and then have to logout several times before I can actually attempt anything in the app. Then, if I try to go back to the previous page in the app, it’s over with. I have to completely get out of it and start all over again. Very, very frustrating.

    Do I mind calling the store myself? No, not at all. But the whole point of having an app like this is supposed to be intended for is having the convenience of getting things taken care of with just a few clicks.

    I believe that the app (if it worked properly) is probably quite a relief on some of the pharmacy personnel because they most likely wouldn’t get soooo many phone calls. I would bet right now, their phones are getting blown up!

    Listen to the users and let’s get a solution going for an update for a much better app. I love ❤️ BGC and I always have! Get some outside IT help if you have to!
