This app does exactly what I need, isn’t a bombardment of upsell, and distractions, and did I mention it is consistently “up and running”? This is a review of the app for the bank, not the bank. Most times the features, especially the Bill Pay portion, does NOT work. It won’t load, with default error messages telling you to try again. This seems to be most predominate on weekends…which coincides with when I want to use it to pay bills. Other functions that should be obviously placed in an easy to find spot (i.e.; deleting a reminder) are buried somewhere not-so-obvious. Reaching out to customer service (for the app, not the bank) takes weeks to get an answer. It’s funny, though, that I used this almost exact app when I banked at another local bank. Yet, they never seemed to have these issues. CSB, do us all a favor and get the developers on track, please, and get the app working on a daily basis!Show lessstephensch
