Makes you sweaty I guess!
I don’t think this app is worth £4.99 tbh. If it was free and you paid £1.99 for the extras or the extras were included in the price it would be way better. Despite inputting your measurements there isn’t any tailoring to level or experience, it really is just those 12 exercises and customising the order involves buying the extras. So if you’re a newbie some of it will seem very difficult but if you’re experienced it could seem very easy. The robot is funnier than I thought it would be but I think it’s best material was used in the first workout I did when it’s explaining the moves. Afterwards it’s just quippy. The app does its job in making you sweaty and using different parts of the body but so could a free HIIT app.Show lessFree elf

I like the app but..
I love the idea of this app and have started using it to help me on my weight loss journey.
The only issue I have so far is the lack of editing for the 7 minutes in hell exercises. Some of the exercises I physically can’t do due to a physical disability. It would be nice if I could either skip or edit out the ones I can’t do so I’m not just waiting around for one I can do.Show lessf*ck whisper

Excellent body weight, circuit workouts. The duration options helps ease back into the grind. The app’s abuse and taunting is what really makes it the best app. Helps fuel my rage to keep pushing. Also brings some levity to an otherwise miserable process.KeepSloanWeird
Well worth the money
Use this on my Apple Watch, it’s great as the workouts are not too long but intense enough to be worthwhile fitness-wise. You can make it longer if you want.

Not Accessible Friendly
I absolutely adore this app. It’s funny and enjoyable to work out to. Unfortunately, I have been trying to improve my fitness whilst waiting for wrist surgery so I am limited with what exercises I can do. Every other exercise app I have downloaded let’s me make exercises that work for me but this one doesn’t. I thought it might have more exercises and freedom to the workout if I bought the extra exercises but it didn’t. So I’ve spent nearly £8 on this app in the hope that I could use it properly and I still can’t. This is the most expensive app I have ever bought and the least helpful towards my situation. If they improved the exercises and gave you more options, it would be brilliant. But at the minute (even with the expansion pack), you can only choose from 24 moves and you can’t even order them yourself. You get to choose between two moves at a time and that’s it. Pretty rubbish for an app this expensive.
