Hello, thank you for your feedback. With our latest update, the recipe videos are unfortunately no longer supported. However, we can reassure you that this only applies to a very small number of recipes in our app. However, we are currently discussing internally how we can prepare the necessary information for the recipes in another way. The recipes with videos are very old recipes (some of them almost 10 years old), which is why adding step-by-step instructions is quite time-consuming. We have a lot of inspiring, delicious recipes in our app, hopefully you will find what you are looking for! Thank you for your understanding and best wishes from Berlin 💛

Dear Anonymous81936, we're very sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, this is a technical issue, we can only solve if you reach out to us. Sometimes, it can happen that users create another account per accident when they log in with a social log-in (via Apple, Facebook, Google). This way, a new email address is being created. And then the password reset link doesn't work anymore, because the email is sent to the new account. We really hope you can give us another chance! All the best 💛

We are also not happy about the fact that some unforeseeable technical problems have occurred and understand your anger only too well! Hello PP12345!, thank you for your honest feedback, we really take it to heart. When we updated our app, we removed the user recipe upload feature and transferred it to our website, that's why you probably get the error message. Please send us an email via hello@kitchenstories.de with the recipes' names you want to be uploaded, so we can take care of it as soon as possible! Unfortunately we're still very low in capacities, which is why the whole process takes so long at the moment. This is something we can't change, but we'll try out best to make our community happy! Hello Peter, thanks for your honest feedback. It's true that we've been experiencing some bugs during some of our updates - like for example the app crashing, which we were able to fix with our latest update (20.0.15). We are currently working on many valuable features and we will bring back one of our most popular features, the shopping list - this is not an empty promise, but will happen at the beginning of the new year. We appreciate your feedback and we are hoping to keep you as a Kitchen Stories user! 💛
