The Newforma® Tasks app organizes your to-do list so you and your team can use your time on the site more effectively. The app integrates with Newforma software used in the office and job trailer, ensuring you of current project information wherever you’re working.
• Use the Tasks app to manage construction quality control tasks, such as punch lists.
• View past-due or coming-due items for yourself or any team member who’s been assigned tasks.
• Filter items by type, status, space, assignee, originator, due date, discipline, and spec section.
• Update statuses, descriptions, locations, and assignments.
• Add a photo, or include one from the Camera Roll.
• View the comment history, or leave a new comment.
• To gather and assign tasks, use the Newforma® Capture app.
The app is very valuable, but needs a few more key features. 1. Sort by “last action date” - on large lists seeing where work is occurring would help address questions or comments from the field. 2. Some additional reporting options. The reports are far more readable than those out of Project Center. But adding or hiding fields would be great. 3. Notifications or reports that summarize changes daily/weekly/etc. allows managers to see progress.
