Not bad but not great either ........
....... Really good game, its fun to play, during fights there is a lot to do and to think about which I love, however the downsides as mentioned before is the time is take to collect resources, and sometimes during heavy fights (Boss type fights usually) it can lag out and often cause you to lose a lot of hp or die, the up side from that is grenades, ammo, hp packs etc is refunded if you die.

Actually a good game
At first look I thought it would be bad but no it has a storyline even cutscenes and good easy gameplay

Great graphics, excellent sound and music...but it might just be me: I didn't actually experience much gameplay.
Good graphics, but unbalanced enemies
I have now been encountering enemies called overlords, who conjure up mini armies and attack your main base. I am only level 13, and even pumping them full with assault rifle rounds brings it down to half health only. If the are not defeated, they will wreak havoc on your base, which will then cost you pretty much all your resources to repair. I encountered one last night, and then as soon as i logged on this morning there was another one to greet me. I have lost most of my resources losing to this enemy, and it is frustrating to have to repair your buildings whenever they get hit by an attacker. Please balance that overlord enemy, because the frequency at which it shows up on my doorstep is getting pretty ridiculous....

Not too bad but keeps crashing
Tried this for a change from the "battle for the control of the galaxy" type of games.
Gameplay is ok with a lead story line which is fine. The real problem is that it crashes regularly when changing to the user profile at the end of a battle, stage, scene etc.
Correct the crashing problems and this could be an interesting game, currently more frustrating than a game.

Captivating
Excellent realistic graphics, interesting story, great gameplay, helpful directions for ease of learning, not too graphic violence, educational with fairly simple puzzles, plenty of action and different scenarios with plenty of things going on at the same time, with building and destroying taking the same platform. The interaction with the cast using incoming call alert brings group reality to the game. Great!

Don't waste your time with this one.
Nice game. Good graphics, art direction, battle mechanics, a lot of fun. Mass Effect-ish story with elements of Star Wars.
With that said, the entire experience is designed to get you hooked until level 10 then tries to get you to fork over some cash. It's almost impossible to progress without spending at least $5 at that point, then you'll advance a bit more to the point where you'll have to spend real money again. I strongly advice potential players to not download this one unless you're willing to spend quite a bit of real money, because the few hours you invest playing until you need to spend real money will otherwise be a waste of time.
The IAP becomes painfully obvious at lvl5, where your blaster stops doing reasonable damage and a screen pops up to try and give you this special $5 deal on an alien blaster. A pair of binoculars, which you'll need in order to gauge enemy stats, costs another $5. Weapon upgrades costs even more. If you decide to wait until you have enough in game generated gems to afford it, good luck waiting a few weeks or even months - and even then you'll have to work for it by engaging in repetitive combat with low level enemies.
The developers won't be making a penny off of me. Most of the five star reviews are most likely players who've yet to reach level 10. Fun game but s complete waste of my time without proper rewards. Players beware.
