Great program and app
We used to have to go to the website for point deferment or use. The app is amazing and very helpful. Plus this program sends you $25 for your birthday each year and about 10% back on all your purchases. I eat at a Landry’s once a week and love how you can bank points to use at a later date.
wow. the app works as flawlessly as the restaurants
Huge portions and amazing service in both Saltgrass restaurants in our area of Orlando. Getting the Landry Select cards began our journey, add food, service and a simple to use app to find the restaurants. wow. Thanks folks.
Submitting points inquiry on app and on the website
I had emailed you for some missing points on my account. You emailed back asking for more information. I have been trying to send the info but both the app and the website keep telling me: “error occurred, please try again”.
I called the customer service number and just got automated service that said my receipt had already been uploaded.
So im here stuck without knowing where are my missing points.

Excellent restaurante
I love everything they have. I usually eat the Center Cut Top Sirloin but the last time I went I ordered the grilled salmon and that was so delicious!!! But very important is the customer service. Every waiter that has attended me has been very friendly and wellknown of everything. I really recommend this place ♥️♥️

Landry’s Lakefront Location
Mike was our waiter and his service was impeccable, we were celebrating our birthdays and Mike just made it so Amazingly awesome. The food was delicious as always and we just enjoyed ourselves so very much, we can’t wait for our next meal with Mike at Landry’s. Thanks Mike you are an Absolute pleasure.

Helps when traveling
Whenever I am planning a trip I check the app to see if Landry’s is in the area. I know I will always be satisfied with a Landry’s restaurant. I think an awesome addition to the app would be a map showing the locations I have visited so I can “COLLECT” restaurants. We have been to several Chart Houses around the country and have actually chosen a destination get away because there was a Chart House nearby!

Landry’s Select Club
I’ve been a member for over 10 years. I’ve enjoyed many meals, the birthday discounts also the Veterans day discounts. It has allowed me to visit some nice restaurants I probably wouldn’t have thought of trying out. I highly recommend becoming a member, the return on investment has rewarded my family and I ten fold. Also when there has been a problem with a meal it has offered a way to submit a complaint and get a quick response.

It is a good Program
I just been signed up, but I like it so far it helps you gain points to the restaurants in the program restaurants get it get to go the front of the line down to wait long with those program is what they have
Useless App
This app is more or less useless, and has been largely trash for quite some time. I’ve recently attempted to log in, was told my password expired, set a new password, and then the new password does not work. The link to reset the password also does not work. I have encountered far too many issues with this app over the years, so I just uninstalled it today.
Landry’s is well aware of this issue and, for whatever reason, is not concerned with addressing the matter. So be it.
