Been waiting 11 days now for a 114 pound win and can’t get hold of them and the help centre is no help what so ever
Absolutely Appalling Service
For way over a month now I withdrew £650 and I am still waiting for my funds, they kept on asking for all sorts of documents which I uploaded countless of times and they kept coming back saying one of the documents was not accepted and that went on for weeks, everytime I go on live chat they keep telling me that my funds will be processed as soon as possible that the right team are working extremely hard to process my funds, everytime single day they same the same thing, so this morning I go on live chat and they said the same thing, so I got fed up and told them that I want to put in a complaint about the appalling service I’ve been receiving and they go and close the chat down on me, to be honest I think this site is just a scam and I don’t think I’m ever going to receive my money. I honestly 100% do not recommend this site at all, absolutely disgusting

Never use this app. Allow you to create an account, deposit and then they disable. You have to fight with them to reopen account to withdraw and then they request verification documentation to get your own money back. Massive scam

Extremely DISAPPOINTED with 777 Casino that words cannot describe. I have been a very very loyal customer with 777 for MANY YEARS and have had some good wins along the way but recently I won £19 and have NOT YET RECEIVED A PENNY OF IT. I was suddenly hit with a message telling me my name does not match with my account purely because one of my 2 first names was omitted which was not a problem for 777 for over 4 years. I was asked to send a copy of my ID and bank statement which I have but since the 6th August 2025 when I made the withdrawal request, I have not heard a WORD FROM 777 casino. My £19 withdrawal request thank God still shows but nothing is happening nor any correspondence.

The game or gambling started off amazing. Massive wins but lately I put in £20 for mega spin and get £1.70 very rare to get higher than this. They give you free spins hardly ever win. You play the games fair enough you can win a good amount but recently I have stopped winning anything, it just wants your money and I get this, but they have changed something.
