Been waiting 11 days now for a 114 pound win and can’t get hold of them and the help centre is no help what so ever
Absolutely Appalling Service
For way over a month now I withdrew £650 and I am still waiting for my funds, they kept on asking for all sorts of documents which I uploaded countless of times and they kept coming back saying one of the documents was not accepted and that went on for weeks, everytime I go on live chat they keep telling me that my funds will be processed as soon as possible that the right team are working extremely hard to process my funds, everytime single day they same the same thing, so this morning I go on live chat and they said the same thing, so I got fed up and told them that I want to put in a complaint about the appalling service I’ve been receiving and they go and close the chat down on me, to be honest I think this site is just a scam and I don’t think I’m ever going to receive my money. I honestly 100% do not recommend this site at all, absolutely disgusting

Good games but doesn’t pay out fairly paid at first but then barely anything since. Just eats your money. Needs fairer pay outs before they lose my custom
Poor wins and bad bonuses
Gives you a few good wins to start but them for months on end nothing nonsense tbh 0 bonus nothing for weeks then when you do it’s like £3 - £20 max ( not what it says in advert far from it ).
