Just experienced the most unprofessional , disrespectful interaction with 888 casino longtime 15yr VIP Club member lately emails go unanswered bogus rob Just experienced the most unprofessional , disrespectful interaction with 888 casino longtime 15yr VIP Club member lately emails go unanswered bogus robotic support or no sign of life all together, never affected me so just let it be today i tried a new game and froze a couple times bah happen oat a point was up 4-500$ and not long after get a pop up not enough funds I was like impossible so i inquired checked my gaming history to my surprise my bet per spins was not at 2$ but 10$ I NEVER CHANGED THIS WAS MAD AS F , to add to my experience hours of automated robotic chat help finally got a human i think he was a human and this guy treated me like an average joe not the vip treatment I I’ve experienced in the past at Al and basically called me a liar , Told him check my account Ben gaming for over a decade have won 30-50k several times have replayed probably 10x that not. A single complaint or negative comment u know always hopes id b involved to one a those South American vacations if they really exist na never and totally got robbed and insulted today wasn’t much BUT NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL THIS IS THW SAME 888 as it once was BEWARE !finally to end this asked for a copy transcript of this conversation and was assured id get one lol only to be suddenly disconnected and unable to screen shot it myself !!! Very alarming
Update !! I just went through my history because I am positive 1000% that I never changed my bet 2$ made some sense but i remember betting at 1$ just finished going through the history and LOOK AT THAT I WAS BETTING AT 1$ not only was it changed one time but twice all the way to 10$ bets that is a BIG BIG TECHNICAL ISSUE AND CONCERN
LOST ALL TRUST IN 888 how many times has this happened in the past ?? Never noticed or bothered to check in. 15 years almost this is an incident that I’m sharing daily everywhere and anyone Canada to Australia daily review comments feedback im pretty sure this isn’t an isolated incident never would of noticed either had the funds not ran out so quickly ! This is what we call Scamed theft dishonest! Keep my remaining funds CIAO
