  • Would have been 5 stars last year

    This mobile banking app is easy to use, and has most of the features that my other banking apps offer. As someone who works for another local bank, and is the treasurer of a local non-profit, I frequently use the mobile deposit option, and the fact that I was able to view the images of those deposited checks within the app, was the only reason that I kept that business account with Milford Federal instead of moving it over to my own bank. However, for the last few months (maybe since the last upgrade I’m not sure) I am no longer provided with the images of the checks I have deposited via mobile deposit. I receive an error that says the image is not available, even for ones that I was able to view prior to this. This is very disappointing.

    You have no right to charge a fee for inactivity on a Savings account that is used for establishing an account with this institution, Social Security is source of income and bills due doesn't leave spare change for transfers

    The mobile app is very convenient and easy to use to manage all my Milford Federal accounts.

  • Needs some work

    1. The app does not allow me to add a link to an external account (e.g., my Bank of America account) so that I can transfer funds into and out of my Milford Federal account.
    2. The app asks me for additional identification information (e.g., name of my oldest niece) every time I log in (even though the app said it remembered my iPhone and allowed me to add a nickname).

  • Poor

    Everyday and if I go on site more than once, I have to delete app and reinstall. Keeps saying cannot log you in, try later.
  • Not bad. Could use an update

    You guys might want to consider pushing out an update. For the last week and a half, I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to check my account. Otherwise it just sits at the login screen after hitting ok forever.
