Hate this app and this bank. Just want my money back. They have kept a measley 165 from my account for 85 days!! It’s supposedly a format used when the scam is not a debit. However, almost ever other bank has said they put the money BACK into the customers account asap (even when it’s a MC or Visa transaction) and wait for the claim. RT punishes people through a “Mastercard” transaction protocol. I don’t argue that there is a process; I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t give me my money. To the bank 165 is nothing. To me it was my car payment. I’ve had almost 150 in fees because the payment is late. I think it is the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Do yourself a favor and go to Citizens or Santander where they refund your money, even if you get scammed, while it’s still being reviewed because they know how to treat their customers. If I could have given 0 stars I would have!
