  • Your customer service is terrible and app is slow

    First of all this is one on the slowest apps I have ever used.
    Second I TRIED to make a payment (GIVE YOU MONEY) and the customer service rep was rude and absolutely patronizing and would NOT take my payment because it’s my husband on the loan. seriously, I have the account number and I did NOT want any information. I just wanted to GIVE YOU MONEY TO PAY MY LOAN Inevennaid the account I am paying the loan from is in my and my husbands name. Again I WAS TRYING TO PAY MY CAR LOAN and this guy would NOT allow me to make the payment. He was absolutely rude and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. This is my first month as a customer with you and I may just look to move my business somewhere else. I was treated so poorly and cannot believe this rep would not allow me to pay you.
  • “False start” logins

    For about the last 6 to 8 weeks, the app has been very glitchy. It appears to log me in, but then will not actually let me access any of my account details past the initial page that shows me the balances in each account. Sometimes I log out and log back in and it works fine; other timed I can login three or four times in a row with no luck.

    I really should not have to work hard to get into an app that I been using for years! I have not changed anything and this is definitely not a “user error.”

  • Face ID Issues

    Every time I sign in onto my app, it’ll pop up Face ID and it will recognize it and then load for a second but bring me back to sign in. I click on the Face ID again and then it will tell me that it’s not working. So then I would have to manually put in my password. Is there anyway that can be fixed so I can just sign in with Face ID with no issues? Thank you.
