Still needs lots of work
1. Claims should be in chronological order! Or at least allow user to choose which order. Apparently there is no order!
2. Detailed documents should not be listed along with minor notification messsges. How about adding a category for notifications or allow user to choose which!
3. It would be very useful if you could highlight all changes when new policies are provided.
4. When we list phone numbers that you ask which should be used for claims, please use them!
