Still needs lots of work

Iโ€™ve mentioned some of these previously. No action has been taken on them and no replies to reviews are made!? Fair is fair

1. Claims should be in chronological order! Or at least allow user to choose which order. Apparently there is no order!

2. Detailed documents should not be listed along with minor notification messsges. How about adding a category for notifications or allow user to choose which!

3. It would be very useful if you could highlight all changes when new policies are provided.

4. When we list phone numbers that you ask which should be used for claims, please use them!

Systems down?

Been trying to log in to my account for over a weekend. Get past sign in only to get a message that the systems are down and try again later!!!

On Rt 3 N. from Burlington to New Hampshire the speed limit has changed from 55 to 65mph.

Excellent company

Had flood in my unit caused much stress and Mapre adjusters Autum and Dawn were pleasant, professional and exceptional with their assistance in helping me through this ordeal great company glad I have them. Cindy

Worst auto insurance company ever

$150 a month for years and then when someone hit me and totaled my car, I got absolutely zero help from them, they did not even pay for the rental car. Over a month of red tape with them.
They stole my totaled car and are lagging on giving me my settlement check. supposedly sent it weeks ago, They keep saying itโ€™s in the mail, but it never arrives. #Lawsuitpending.

Couldnโ€™t select my policy when making a claim

I tried to submit a claim from my iPhone but the button to allow me to select my policy wouldnโ€™t work.

Simple settings please

Todays new release did not address any of my comments. I am reducing my score of the quality to one star!

I look at claims and donโ€™t see them in chronological order! Crazy if you ask me! I looked at settings and could not find any setting associated with displaying order. It simply is common sense to display all choosable sections in chronological order. Secondly, I received email fir a recent claim which is not found in any of the claims! It would be so much more helpful if status details were also kept in chronological order! App has improved but is far away from getting a better score!

Ridiculously outdated and lacking

New customer coming from geico and wow is this app ever outdated and lacking in features. 1. Outdated UI 2. Not optimized for newer iPhones (doesnโ€™t use whole screen) 3. No ability to add policy cards to Apple wallet 4. Canโ€™t see homeowners coverage amounts without reviewing full policy dox 5. Why the long app name? Just call it Mapfre 6. No ability to pay with PayPal or Apple Pay.
