App doesn’t work well
App is terrible. It worked for a couple months but now it’s saying invalid username and password when it’s the exact password and username used to login to the regular metro app.App Simply doesn’t work
When I first downloaded the app it worked fine then I lost my card and got a new one and once I got my new card registered it simply won’t let me use the app anymore. The worst part is, is the app opens when I go to it but it doesn’t allow me to sign in even when I try to make a new account or a different card. Please fix this problem. Oh and the customer service is horrendous.Just bad
All of a sudden I cannot log into app, says ever a valid user name or password, the one I just used to open metrocu app, useless now!
