App doesn’t work well
App is terrible. It worked for a couple months but now it’s saying invalid username and password when it’s the exact password and username used to login to the regular metro app.
App Simply doesn’t work
When I first downloaded the app it worked fine then I lost my card and got a new one and once I got my new card registered it simply won’t let me use the app anymore. The worst part is, is the app opens when I go to it but it doesn’t allow me to sign in even when I try to make a new account or a different card. Please fix this problem. Oh and the customer service is horrendous.

Just bad
All of a sudden I cannot log into app, says ever a valid user name or password, the one I just used to open metrocu app, useless now!
Terrible app
App is terrible. The scan of my debit card does not work. Both me and bank manager tried. Waste of time. Then the security pass code took 20 minutes to arrive in my inbox but expires after 15 minutes! So I could not log into the app just to inform my bank of dates I will be traveling- which is an easy thing to do for my other banks.

App not working.
App does not work with latest iOS upgrade. When you select it it immediately disappears.
It’s great when you can register
The app was working great until I got a new card due to fraud. Then I’m not able to register the new card. I was able to register my wife’s new card but not mine. I was on hold with customer service for more than half an hour but they’re not able to help. Hopefully there’s going to be an update to fix this.
