I think Santander bank has great customer service . Although when a fraud charge was on my debit card i cancelled debit card. I had to pay a 30 fee to be able to get a new debit card within a few days. Thanksgiving holiday was the week the card was to be delivered so it gave me no option to pay the 30 fee to get card before holiday. It would have been delayed longer due to the holiday. I don’t feel customers who have fraud charges should have to pay a 30 fee to get a new card rather than wait a week to get a replaced debit card. I use my debit card for most of my purchases hard to be without one. My work schedule doesn’t allow me to make it to the bank so my debit card is important to have .
