Terrible Customer Service
In November I went on the app to cancel my subscription, but no where did it give me the option to cancel, and when I clicked the 3-dot menu to “manage subscriptions” it said I had none. Well the app wasn’t really working (due to software bugs I’m assuming) and it gave me the option to update to a pro account, so I assumed my membership canceled because I had used a different payment from the current one I use.
I was wrong, and I was charged for the subscription again, but didn’t notice it on my statement. When I noticed it a few days ago I reached out to the company and I was told I could not receive a refund because I was outside of the 30-day window. Come on guys, help a fellow hunter out! Now I’m out 70$ while I’m not even able to get out into the woods. I tried to cancel, but I still haven’t found the option on the app. I was planning on coming back to this app next season, but after this me and my friends will be switching to OnX instead.
