Support team takes forever to respond only to claim they are addressing to an issue and never doing so. This pertains to a challenge that the app sponsors. You sign up for something and do way more than the minimum required for the challenge and the app deletes your progress.

I like the support team feature and I like the med reminders, etc. seems like the longer you use it the more accurate it gets.
