  • Snow info all in one place; & expanding!

I’ve been a strong user and advocate of Open Snow for a few seasons now. I love the way everything I want to know is available on one app. Snow conditions, predictions, trail maps, and it seems like even wait times, but the latter may need the info on site. But that merely means one more click to get there since that link is also there.
I like how I can look at favorites, or by pass to decide where to go. Again all in one place.
While I haven’t really used any of the new features (smoke, fires, lightning, 3D) because I frankly wasn’t very aware of them, I have a feeling they will make it even more useful.
I also have the sense the name OpenSnow will need to be changed to OpenWeather, since this is evolving to address all aspects of weather not focused on just snow.

  • The Ultimate Weather Companion for Outdoor Enthusiasts

The OpenSnow app is an absolute must-have for anyone who loves winter sports or simply wants to stay informed about snow conditions. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to access detailed weather forecasts, snow reports, and mountain updates. The accuracy of the predictions is impressive, giving me confidence in planning my ski trips.

I particularly appreciate the personalized notifications that keep me updated on changing conditions, ensuring I’m always prepared. The app’s ability to cover multiple regions and provide in-depth data makes it stand out from other weather apps. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, OpenSnow is the ultimate companion you need. Highly recommended!

  • BEST WEATHER APP. PERIOD

Open Snow is, by far, the best weather app on the market. “Open Snow” is such an understatement. Yes, they do an unbelievable job with snow related info. But they also do the rest of the weather - temp, rain % and amount, wind, humidity. Which is great for hikers, bikers and everyone else. The ability to put in ANY GPS point and get an hourly forecast with all of that info is such a breakthrough I can’t even describe it. Tells me what the temp will be at the top of the mountain, which could be 20° colder than the bottom of the mountain. Wind same thing. And tells me when I need to be off the mountain bc an afternoon thunderstorm is rolling in. The app is easy to use, visually intuitive and the forecasts pretty darn accurate. Really fantastic. My favorite app
