4 months in still no iPhone X support
New *major* update came out today and still no support for iPhone X screen. Why on earth would you redesign your app in Jan ‘18 with no iPhone X screen support?MacBrian
Disaster of an App Costing PB Business.
Protein Bar has now lost at least 5 orders from me due to this horrible app. To add to it, when I called to place the order the old-fashioned way, the person on the phone refused to take my order and sent me directly back to the app.R Stelter
Reduce Lead Time for Pickups
Crazy that I must order 30 min in advance. Prevents me from ordering during my commute, which I do with apps of other restaurants in the area. Reduce this down to 15, or just let someone order and tell them it may not be ready in 15.
UI is also very old and could use some updates. Has weird issues like inability to double eggs and do egg whites at same time, and slowly loads inputs made previously.Show lessTizdaer

Off to a good start, but...
Well executed. I particularly like the fact that payment is pay as you go, and not prepaid (e.g. Load $20 - use whenever). Shows that you're not greedy, which goes a long way with consumers.
2 things:
1. Please integrate the card in Apple Wallet so it is location-aware. That way we don't need to find and launch app in-store
2: Please allow us to use Apple Pay in the app so that payments are more secure
