Online ordering does not work consistently
It has been days since this worked properly. Get it together Protein Bar. All the other stuff in the app is useless if ordering food doesn't work.check it and see

Overall I like the app, and it’s very easy to pay at the cash register with it. However, I would definitely use the online ordering feature to save time during my lunch hour — but it doesn’t work at all. Just sits there trying to find nearby stores, and there’s no way to just manually enter your local store. (Oddly enough, the Locations option always show a list of nearby stores). You also need a magnifying glass to send a support email from the app, with its tiny font and orange-on-black color scheme. Just use the built-in Mail sheet, people.Show lessFireEater5

Good app but needs work
I love this restaurant and I would love the app if the online ordering worked at least half of the time. Most of the time I cannot order online because either the app or the website is down and you can't order over the phone. I typically don't have 10-15 min to wait for my food so unfortunately I have to go somewhere else when I can't order online. Just think of all the money they're losing out on.Show lessShell58553

Really confusing
This is essentially just a location finder and faulty loyalty card. Can't order in advance like the website. Can't use an account created on the website. And can't use an account created on the app to pay for an order made on the website. Really confusing.AJO7846

I hate that this app groups all your charges together over the entire month and the charges your card at the end. They say they do it for the convenience of businesses but not everyone that uses this is a business. I would prefer the changes go through on the days they occur. The app should at least give you the option of how it will deduct from the account with which it is connected!Show lessmdw21
