Can’t get this app to link to my CITGO Rewards card to earn points when I use it. Support was horriblerfriday631

Not as good as it used to be
When I first downloaded the app, it advertised that you could save up to $9 a month. There were clear check in targets that you had to meet to earn certain rewards. That changed. Gas rewards are now more about being at the store on the right day, rather than something you can earn and redeem on your own schedule. Product coupons are always the same, and not that great. The good news for my local CITGO is that I will still shop there. I just won’t be checking in on the app as frequently.Show lessEZ VT

Useless to me
I just want to be able to purchase gas through the app like I do with other gas companies. If you can do it with this app, I haven't figured it out!Whynecessary

Every bad experience you can imagine all in one app. Most CITGO stores don’t participate so you get no check ins, but don’t worry, the ones that do don’t know how to redeem. Garbage.ginokidding
