Website crashes/gives errors too. Is anyone getting unemployment in NE if there’s no way to submit claims?!

Disappointing UI / Abismal Performance
I'm a 15 year Professional Consultant specializing in IT & Compliance and I have/had major issues with this app & the website. So if someone with my level of experience has this much trouble navigating the app (... And the website) I can't imagine what non-techie people are going through.
This app needs MAJOR WORK. Good intentions - Horrible implementation.
