Worthless
Does not work. Can’t get passed the sign in screen because it crashes. Developer responds to complaints of crashing with “can you submit a mobile claim via app so we can address the issue?” No…ya dummies, if we can’t even get in to the app…how are we supposed to make a claim?!
Website crashes/gives errors too. Is anyone getting unemployment in NE if there’s no way to submit claims?!Show lessbrittney4909

So I’m now going on 5 weeks now trying patiently to wait like everyone else on unemployment bc of the virus. . However 2 weeks ago was told there was an issue and someone would call me back within 72 hours. That still hasn’t happened. Has nothing to do with the app right? Not true now that no one has called me back, I’ve resorted to email. Problem is every time you go on the app to try and send an email it kicks you off. Every time. So now I’m basically unable to contact them in anyway. Ridiculous. This app is terrible, plus you can’t see anything that you actually need to see.Show lessGsltman0013

Not easily accessible app. I’ve used sign in via print and am it doesn’t work very well at all. I’ve attempted several ways navigating thru the page links and isn’t very user friendly at all. Please update or check into more development of the app itself. It’d much appreciated by all users.

Ap doesn’t work very well. Navigation doesn’t work like it should. You’d be better off going to the full website that also doesn’t work well.MDaddy2013

Considering this is a government app, I expected much more. There is minimal functionality overall. The UI (User Interface) is not intuitive by any means, which to be honest is no surprise since the website is the same...
I'm a 15 year Professional Consultant specializing in IT & Compliance and I have/had major issues with this app & the website. So if someone with my level of experience has this much trouble navigating the app (... And the website) I can't imagine what non-techie people are going through.

Very glitchy!!
This app is very glitchy. When you try to search or apply for a job, it crashes. Every time. Doesn't show jobs you may have previously searched on computer. I wonder if they make it that way to make it harder to get benefits! But I really want to find a job and this is impossible to assist with that. Also cannot do weekly claims through app. Needs major work. Don't waste your time even trying.Show lessNanknob
Never can sign in
Everytime you try to sign in it errors and says to contact Nebraska job. Although you can sign online thru a computer just fine with same info.Farmher78
