Freezing
Now over had this app for about 3-4years. In the beginning it was great. Then the upgrades and improvements made the interface seemless and fun. But from last season, the app just started sticking. When I try to scroll it wouldn’t move, then couple mins later it then decides to move. When I select an option to either watch a video, read and article or make my game predictions, again it sticks and this is very annoying and frustrating. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it is still sticking.
Please fix this major bug. This is only app I trust for my beloved team. Get it sorted.Show lessManUtd246

Thanks for your feedback. We are aware of some issues a small number of fans are facing with the app and are looking into it. In the meantime, if you can try deleting the app and installing it fresh from the App Store, we have found this is resolving the issues for most users. The app works well on my phone. However,
on Apple TV, I have to log out and log back in with every use in order for the content displayed to be updated. The schedule tab often seems to have recurring issues as no data is displayed. I have to use the Live Stream link in order to watch the content that is being streamed. Please address the usability issues on Apple TV, otherwise this app will continue to be frustrating to use.Show lessRakSingh11
Where are the classic matches?
I have had the app for almost a year. Got it in March of 2023. I had no idea that there was match footage from classic matches such as some of the 1999 FA Cup matches and the 2008 Champions League final. The only reason I discovered this footage on March 15th 2024 was because there was an app notification honoring Eric Cantona showing a match of his against Liverpool. I saw that I could change the season, so I flipped through them and happened to find the 2008 champions league final. My whole point is why is United hiding this footage? I can’t find it anywhere in the normal MUTV section. Would it be so hard to update the MUTV UI with a section for these classic matches??Show lessrasengan barrage
MUTV doesn’t work
Like the title says. MUTV doesn’t work properly on my iPad. It says my subscription is expired, except that it’s the exact same account I use on my phone. It works on my phone. And my Xbox. So either the phone and Xbox are glitched out and giving me access that I should not have, or the tablet version of the app has a bad connection. Given that my account works literally everywhere else, I’m leaning more to the tablet version of the app not working. I would prefer to watch the preseason matches on my iPad rather than my phone, but it seems to be my only option at the moment. I was hoping that there was a compatibility issue with the iOS build and the app build except it’s been like this since at least last season, basically since MUTV was merged into the main app. While I appreciate the streamlined nature of it, I would really enjoy being able to actually view the content I’m paying for in all the places where it is advertised.Show lessPelizred
App of errors
The errors you get on this app are unbelievable. Two years ago I subscribed to mutv and after my payment it always said subscription expired. After everything was merged into one app it’s gotten even worse. I paid for an annual subscription but it still tells me not subscribed. And when I did a password reset and put it the old one mistakenly it locked my account and said I had made 5 wrong attempts when I hadn’t even made one. The app is useless to me now. Still not good enough
This app as been around for a while as it currently sits. It still has massive issues with the Home Screen video features, when you can get videos to work they still clutch quite often.
I have high speed commercial internet (fiber), and literally have no issue with any other apps but this one.
They’re customer service is also nonexistent. They just tell you to delete the app and download it again. They never fix anything.Show lessCuffclag
Better with new filters
Glad for the new filters - now able to remove unwanted news e.g., Women’s team news. Please add filters to the AppleTV MUTV app.
Navigation is still too complex. Put menus at top or bottom - not both.
News feed would be better if the game updates could be moved somewhere else. Also would like to access the outside news feature directly without having to hunt for it in the news feed.Show lessGeek rider
Worthless - zero customer service. Don’t waste your time or money
The app struggles to stream constantly. On the home page when I click on any media or video it freezes the entire app. I have to close it to reopen, and it does the same thing. I have updated it to the most current version. No help.
They will not help and customer service is precisely ZERO. They don’t try to help their customers and fans. Nothing scream United, like having fans pay for a product, that product failing, then then leaving you with nothing.

App Formation
Well, I start by saying that the app is great, but in terms of the formation predictions and other few predictions it is poor . Firstly, the app formation prediction is 4-4-2 but our games formations since this season has been 4-2-3-1. So I think there have to be an improvement on the predictions aspect thank you.
