Worst App ever
Can’t cast video. Zero customer service. App delays and clutches constantly. Have sent requests for help 16 times and no response. Biggest club in the world and still treats its fans like rubbish. It’s not just the Glazers, it’s the institution. Really disappointed because it at least used to run fairly well but hasn’t for years now. It’s cheap, but so it’s the quality. Embarrassing App for a world class club!
As part of my business we develop professional mobile Apps for our clients much smaller than Man United. Tge App as a whole is terrible. But specifically I have repeatedly sent feedback on some basic issues that could be resolved easily with competent developers, yet they still persists! Firstly my favorite player’s (Fernandez) shirt number changed from 18 to 8 but the App still shows his old number. Secondly when I try to change/update my favorite player the App resets!!Show lessBahman1956
Best App in Professional sports
The Manchester United app is the best in all of sport. I’ve been searching for a premier league to cheer for (from the US) over the last 10 years and haven’t settled on one until recently. This app played a part in me choosing Man United. The app connects the fans to the team in a way I have not seen any other app do.Show lessChief JH
Everything I try to do gets an error
I try to change my profile picture, I get an error message. I try to update my preferences, I get an error message. I try to update my favorite player, the app crashes. I keep sending messages via the feedback option, I get no response. The app is as dysfunctional as the club.Comedyjc
Not one more penny
This is a garbage app made back garbage people. After mini press releases saying that investment would fix our problems we now have created more problems to fix the old problems that were replacements for former problems. in response The developers decided to hire Ronald McDonald and crusty the clown to head product development after learning that they had absolutely no skills in this environment but did go to college with the original app developers so everyone figured it was a great idea. after 17 years of developing the app has now become an absolute circus or is I would like to call a dumpster fire of an app and a laughing stock to all other apps #glazersoutShow lessmuch love from the Hawaiian De
Made me pay twice and still no MUTV
After 2 years of subscribing to MUTV I was told my subscription expired. I only use the app to watch preseason games, so this occurred as I was logging on to watch the latest match. I quickly resubscribed to the annual pass, but the app did not seem to recognize it despite the charge coming through. I tried to go through the process again, was charged a second time for the same pass I already paid for, and STILL no access to MUTV. I missed the match — one of only a handful of matches we get to watch for preseason each summer. This being the only use I get out of the app, it’s needless to say I’m extremely disappointed. This can’t be happening, and it really should not be possibly from an IT standpoint to pay for the same subscription twice. I love this app! It has all the news you need to stay on track with man united. You can see exclusive interviews on their as well!The only problem I have is that you need to pay to watch live games, but other than that this app is amazingGamer123$;/
Not usable for a subscription
I’ve subscribed to this app through the App Store for a few years but since last year the app on AppleTV no longer automatically logs in or asks to reset purchases. It now asks for a log in?
For those who don’t use the same email and password for every web site in the world and subject themselves to identity theft, malware, ransomware, etc. it is unclear at least to me what login are they talking about?
The subscription is through the Apple App Store but my Manu account is different. I tried every possible combination but it would not allow me to see content despite paying for the last year. Basically I subscribed and was not able to watch anything over the last year.
I am not subscribing this year.
I don’t know who is responsible for this issue, ManUTV or Apple or both, but it needs to be corrected so when someone purchases a one year subscription the app automatically recognizes you have subscribed like in the past and allows you to watch.
Many years ago if someone took your money and didn’t provide a service they referred to that as stealing.

Great
As a RM and Man U fan, and having downloaded both apps, this one is much better. Much more features and more user friendly. I like RM more as a team and RM are better, but Man U has at least beat them with a better app. Nice job!!jdodmns
Cursed team
I think the app is such an incredible one but the players are all cursed, just tell me the main reason Bruno went on to took the penalty while Ronaldo was still fighting for top scorer, come to African I get good players, then those stupid squad 💔💔💔 all of you are madDavid6416
