Servers ok; Playback doesn't work at all
Well I guess I'm one of the lucky ones because I can view the cameras via app just fine. The problem is the playback. It always always fails. That, coupled with the crappy instructions with the cameras that took me AND the company that installed the camera's 2 days to figure out how to set up make this a very poor choice.

Crashing
Very unstable app, can't connect to remote view cameras. Needs to be opened few times before successful connection. Please update this appNecaa95

The app works well when it does work. With that said the app crashes almost every time I open it and try to connect to the device remotely. I cannot pull up any camera past 1-4 the rest of the settings 5-8 and so on will crash the app when I press them.234556666666666666888

The app crashes all the time, when you use it, you simply are not able to see all your cameras, cause the app crashes when you try to do it. Fix it, please and show some respect for your customer!!!Someone that hated the game
