Disappointed
Used Abba before and rated good - now I have to award 1 star because the taxi did not turn up on time. I rang them up and they said they are having a delay - upon tracking the designated driver, it said 20min away! It’s a hit and miss folks…be prepared to be let down.
Don’t even bother to download
This app, as well as the company, is useless.
They are NEVER on time and constantly lie to you when chasing updates with a classic ‘it will be with you in 10-15 minutes’. Operators have no idea what they are doing and I’m sure the bulk of their hour long training session is learning how to palm you off.
This company is only in business due to lack of competition in the area and I feel incredibly sorry for the drivers who have to deal with the brunt of complaints.

Useless company
After waiting for a taxi for 40 minutes the company cancelled it without any notice after it stated the app it was on its way. My partner rang ABBA up and explained that the taxi never turned up and the woman said that the taxi was a Toyota and had already arrived and gone, this was not true as we stood waiting in the car park and the only car that turned up was a bmw and was not a taxi. The customer service is a joke and are just rude. I honestly think because it wasn’t a big job (£5 or something) they didn’t care as it was a Saturday night. If I could I would give ABBA no stars but I have to give them one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Shocking service
Booked a taxi on a Sunday morning at 8am for 8:50, had an appointment at 9:00 missed my appointment as taxi didn’t show
Also majority of the time I need a taxi there is none available for over an hour

Terrible Company - do not use if you can help it
Horrendous staff in the call centre. Disgusting customer service.
Make you feel like you are a burden for booking.
Can’t guarantee times.
Management won’t answer the phone.
Debbie is the only member of staff worth having there - really tried her best with the backwards system. Stick with Uber.

Was okay but...
Used the app for a couple of years without incident (with the app - not the company) until I had to change my email account. No access to old email as it was a previous employer email address and do not remember the old password so there is no way to reset it. Tried to re-register but failed as my phone number already exists. As I’ll it not be changing my number anytime soon this app is useless to me.
Using Direct Taxis and Arrivals Star app instead. Bye bye ABBA!

Very reliable
I’ve used this app at least a dozen times and always found it to be reliable, with speedy pick up and good drivers. Living in a village it’s hard to get Uber drivers to come and collect but ABBA have never let me down. It’s easy to leave a 1* review when something goes wrong once, so this is to give some balance on behalf of the silent majority! Keep up the good work.

Even if you give all the information they ask for, they let you down. Literally better off ringing blind to a taxi rank than pre booking with these fools.
