Terrible app
If you have to toggle out of the app you have to re enter your pass code. Crazy that on the app you can’t enter more than a 300 word comment but my dispatch sure can.cordell1804

App is decent. A few flaws
Can y’all please change the Lock Screen! Every time I change screen on my phone or look at something else while making a ticket the Lock Screen pops up and you have to enter in your code. This is ridiculous. No crude oil hauler needs to have a lock on the ticket ! Also you cant edit tickets ! Please change these flaws! Very annoyingShow lesswtx432

Based on your feedback we are updating the conditions in which the app locks up and then requires you to re-enter your PIN # in the next app update. We hope you like the improvements. Relative to editing a ticket, you can do that at anytime up until you press send. Thereafter due to regulatory requirements we can not allow editing. Thank you for helping us make our system better for all our users.
