App is decent. A few flaws

Based on your feedback we are updating the conditions in which the app locks up and then requires you to re-enter your PIN # in the next app update. We hope you like the improvements. Relative to editing a ticket, you can do that at anytime up until you press send. Thereafter due to regulatory requirements we can not allow editing. Thank you for helping us make our system better for all our users.
