Great app
Previous: Was a great Great app. Use it all the time but they have now moved to a subscription model and long time users are not grandfathered in I guess. Can do anything with it now. What a shame

Hello. Thank you for using the pp and for this feedback. About directions: this app based on GPS locations, and it gives you direction and the distance. This is unique and different from ordinary directions. But it allows you to use the app without an internet connection. About the icon: I'm just trying something different. It's just a temporary experiment. You still can change the app icon back to the original in the Anchor Pointer Settings > App Icon. P.S. Take care of yourself ;) - Alex, developer of the app.
Great design, bad ethics

I get it. Developers need to get paid. Here’s the problem: I *did* pay for it, and now I’m expected to pay for it again and again. When this app went to a subscription model I wasn’t rewarded as someone who’s used the app forever. I was simply surprised with a demand for a few bucks when I went to a Christmas parade with my family and needed to park on an unfamiliar side street a few blocks away.
This has been one of my favorite go-to apps that I’ve always shared. Now it’s just a tragic story of lots of thought on design and none on appreciating the current customer base. Sad.

Not worth it due to subscription model
