Easy to use
I have been using this app for about one week - tracking nutrients to see what I may be missing since losing weight is so difficult for me. It is easy to learn how to input your own foods and exercise, because it doesn't always come up with the correct food items or exercise routine that I do. The barcode doesn't always recognize food items. Just takes time to get the normal items I eat and do on a regular basis inputted to my specifications. Once they are in it's easy to select them.

Best Health App
This is one App i use everyday ..work great keep track of everything you eat and all you work out ,so it keep track of how much you should eat for loosing weight ,or grainging weight ! use it for eating health as well ,come with a complete food list and you can add your own as well...tell you what is in your foos salt ,fat ect ect ..can also work with other app for information and jsy a great app Thanks for making it in one week i lost 3.4 pounds just by watching what i eat and some walking ..

Great idea, poor execution
I really wanted to like this app. On paper, it has a lot of good features. However, the execution has a number of critical issues that were a total turn off.
1. No barcode scanner in recipe creation. Other apps do this. Without this feature, it takes way too long to enter a recipe, and is the major fatal flaw.
2. Nutrient summary doesnโt include useful information. Okay, so I ate way too much saturated fat today. What foods had saturated fat?? Help me make good decisions.
3. Nutrient trackers arenโt customizable. I donโt care about sodium because it only matters to people already struggling with high blood pressure. I donโt want to track it or include it in my health score.
Overall, I just found the app frustrating to use. Going back to the other app that this tried to poach me from.

Empowering
This is a great app. My favorite feature is the ability to track not only food and exercise, but a wide array of symptoms as well. One can then compare these in charts under the 'trends' section. It's very interesting, and I'm much more motivated to make changes based on these trends rather than a book telling me what I should or shouldn't do. I've learned so much and I'm making much healthier choices with the help of this app. I highly recommend it.

Love this app
I love this app and use it every day. Tracking different nutrition and fitness metrics over time is amazing. Would like to see the ability to edit the Favorites list, as well as to edit (and delete) recipes that I enter. These additional features would make this awesome app even more user friendly. Thanks!

Great potential!
This app is terrific when it works. It tracks all you need in dieting: calories, amount of important nutrients, deficiencies you may have even if you think you're eating healthfully, all kinds of exercise. You can also add trackers for any other health concerns. But it crashes on me about once a week so that I have to delete it and re-download it before it will work. A lesser disappointment is that it is not linked with a webpage you can enter info in on a PC occasionally. If they get the crashing worked out, it's worth 4 stars.

Needs amendments!!
I have carefully updated details such as height and weight and once I have got to the finish it had changed my height to 4ft 11 when I am 5ft which means BMI measurements are wrong. You don't have a facility to change details, therefore I have created another account and carefully checked my height again before selecting and once again it moved it to 4 ft 11!! I have now deleted the app!!

Best nutrition tracker!
After downloading six nutrition tracker apps, I'm eager to give this one a fantastic review! So far the barcode scanner has recognized everything I've tried, though it occasionally gives the wrong product variation (e.g., cranberries instead of blueberries). After sorting through tremendous issues other apps, I can live with this minor problem. The app allows you flexibility setting your goals--including weight gain or loss in the period of time in which you'd like to achieve this. (Although you cannot change them once they are set, I believe, which is a tiny bit annoying.) It allows you to log breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, including water. And it will tally your totals for the day with respect to your goals for a number of measures, including just about everything you find on a nutrition package summary--calories, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, etc. You can also track fitness, as well as any other thing you like โ for example migraine severity. The only other thing I could ask for is, at a glance, the number of servings of fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, etc. you have eaten in a day. Overall I wholeheartedly recommend this app!

Thoughtful approach to overall health
I really like the way this app is put together. It's very well organized & easy to use. I also like that I can customize many of the tracking profiles. It allows me to track many aspects of my health, such as mood, sleep, diet, & exercise, & more. And I can track & compare any or all of these aspects over long periods of time. I can see which changes are benefiting me & which I should perhaps tweak. The one suggestion I have, however, is to allow customization of the daily percentages of various nutrients. I'm working with a dietician & she has recommended percentages of fat, protein, & carbs that differ from those specified in this app, & yet I cannot customize them. I hope that they change this in a future update. Otherwise, I highly recommend this app!

Love it, but should connect to fitbit
I would of given 5 stars, but it is kind of a pain that it isn't connected to my fitbit. I was all about this app, but switched to myfitnesspal because of convenience. I like how this one gives you a break down of what you are eating and suggests ways you can improve. Please link to fitbit so I can start using your app again
