Great app
I bought 10 decision making apps and this is one of the best. I like to be able to export the files, save them in various formats and the interface is easy to use and understand. Using this app has been the "best decision". I have had problems syncing this with iCloud. It went up to 20 items and stopped syncing. I've written to customer support, called Apple, tried to fix it, and I got nowhere. That is so disappointing.Show lessWgati
Unbelievable Utility
This tool is very intuitive and easy to set up and use. It delivers a sound analytical result that’s easy to understand and apply. The one thing that could make it better is to be able to display the logic in a simple table to explain it to others who need to have confidence in the decision.Vipguy
I love this app, but...
I love this app, but the inability to sort/rearrange items in a list, or insert new items where I choose in the list, may drive me back to a spreadsheet. I have a very long list of new house attributes but it is difficult to score because they are all jumbled up in the order they came to mind, and my mind is a disorderly place!Show lesscmcnysc

I like this app but a value applied to an alternative that isn’t applicable shouldn’t negatively affect the results. N/A means that it’s not factored in, not that it’s factored in at zero.VultureVanity
Good but could be GREAT
This app does what I normally do in Excel, but it’s good as an app.
To be GREAT, it will have:
1) Sort alphabetic or manually
2) Copy and paste projects because today’s priorities may change
3) Build in a radar / gap analysis chart
4) Create correlation line chart to see primary drivers of the top scoring decision

Good, but Can NOT Order Items
I really like your app, but really wish I could manually change the order of the items in each list (Decision Name list, Decision Options list, Criteria list).
Please also allow me to Sort the Criteria list based on weight, alphabetical, or manually.
Furthermore, I'd love to be able to export my information AND be able to IMPORT it as well without using iCloud.
It would be nice if I could 3D Touch in the Criteria list and see my decision ratings for that specific criteria. Pressing harder would then allow me to set / change my decision ratings for that specific criteria. This would really come in handy when there are a large (>10) number of Criteria items.

App is not bad, but for complete SWOT analysis there should be probability value of options. So value is multiplied to probabilityJElnur
