This app is terrific, it provides personalized “coaching” by building a 30 day workout program to increase stamina and ability for many exercises BASED ON YOUR OWN ABILITY. Useless
Downloaded this app a few times now and every time I just get stuck on the front page ‘loading’ with the message ‘checking in with the mothership’. It goes no further. Completely useless.SJRSJR
