Feature removal is bad
Hi, The feature this app had was just amazing.
But it is removed now, the feature was that each device gets 1 free session. That feature was amazing, you guys had it. But u guys just removed it couple of days ago. Please add it back, it was a great way to explore the app. The Microsoft partner site is really slow, PhotoStudy is fast. So please add this feature ASAP again to get one free session per device as you guys did previously I think a week ago. After u sign up on a account, it gives u one free feature. But now it’s not. Please fix it and make it back to old PhotoStudy we love! Microsoft service is not recommended! Too slow! Thank you for your time! Please make these changes fast!Show lessappfinder23

I downloaded this expensive app to help me with my Physics course (college). I use the app nearly everyday because I have a lot of assignments. This app has been helpful in allowing me to maintain a B average. Although the answers aren’t always correct, I normally still make a decent score with a mixture of Chegg. I’d never taken Physics before, and the lessons I was looking at were GREEK (for real). I do recommend the app, but I use Chegg for my back up to ensure my answers are correct. This app has the right idea, but it’s not there yet. First the pricing is crazy, one session is $3.99 which is insane and 2 if they don’t answer your problem within 20 min then your session is just over without the answer. Has potential, but it’s not a good app at the moment.@daniela82007356
Needs improvement
The app would honestly skyrocketed if it werent for a couple of things. First, how long it takes to answer a question. Even when you just want to double check your answer, it takes a long time. Second, tutors rejecting sessions due to “unclear image” when the image is crystal clear. Third, sometimes problems dont get solved even if you exceed you 10 min limit. So you’re left hanging after 20 mins. The app just needs a lot of upgrade because it has a lot of potential to be better. Also one session is $3.99 which is honestly crazy to me. Great and easy to use!
I love how easy this app is! Take a picture, select your problem, and boom get an expert to explain it to you and give an answer. I am very lucky that my ETS club gave me a pre paid account, because this app is very helpful!!TheMobilegOD
Really good at first but...
I loved having a math app that actually helped you work on specific problems and an actual tutor to guide you through it! But unfortunately that slowly got messed cause of the app, I used to get a free session everyday which was awesome because I don’t have much money to spend. Especially with college, I should be saving my money and I can’t really be spending so much, so I think it’s great that I could get a free session! But they stopped giving them out, which is a bummer :(. But this wasn’t the problem, I paid for a session because I really needed help with a math problem. First off the solution for the problem didn’t include a step in the problem. The tutor completely skipped over a necessary part of the problem and when I asked about it, they ignored it and repeated information i already knew, I tried getting a new session but that didn’t work? Amazing!!!
Helped me so much with my work giving detailed explanations. Definitely saved me a ton! And the answers are correct and offer step-by-step help. They usually take less than 10 minutes to answer. Sometimes it can extend but it’s free of charge.Wcjayfeather
This is ridiculous
I do public school, and when I come asking for help I have to pay to get a session. I love the setup and Everything but I’m looking for steps to do a problem that I can’t solve. My teachers don’t always look at their email!!!!! When I need help, I need help. But instead I have to wait until all my “credits” add up so I can get a “session”. It’s 10 minutes, if I had the equation it would take me less time to do so. Not to mention that the way you solve your equations in Geometry is completely complicated and hard to replicate on another problem. I would love this app if it actually allowed me to get the help I needed, instead of leaving me high and dry showing me severely complicated ways to solve a math problem that cannot be replicated.Show less~Julianna~3

I love this app and how it is completely appropriate. I was looking for something to help me get my grades up and I found it!!! While this is a good app, 10 minutes is definitely not enough time for me to ask questions to get the problem. That’s really the only problem I have with it! Great app but can do better
This app helps me a lot especially with math, if you need help on math homework this is the perfect app. They help you with a problem that you have and explain very well. However, paying $3.99 for one single session for 10 minutes is very overpriced especially if I don’t understand various questions in one day, I think there should be a monthly subscription I order to get the help we need more often, overall this app is a great idea and can be very helpful!Show lesschimichanga465
