Unacceptable service
This is company is a joke. I booked a cab for Gatwick airport, 24h in advance. They called me 20 minutes before the arranged time to say that they just have realised they won't be able to cover the service. Completely unacceptable. They admit their incompetence but nothing to do to provide an alternative.

Rubbish service all round
Used to use metro regularly, never again. No communication after they keep cancelling every journey I'm trying to book. Will take my custom elsewhere, thanks.

Affordable quality service
Required to do a few multi stop trips as school run on one occasion and the other time to and from hospital. The operator was very helpful and informed me they actually accommodate multiple locations which means I was able to do all I needed to in one trip recommend to all
