Disappointed

Only covers a limited area of the body. I was expecting stretches for the entire body. Many of the same stretches are simply repeated under the heading of multiple body areas

Doesn't work properly

Many of the exercise get repeated for different area. Is that a bug in the program?

Awesome -- must have for runners and athletes!

Phil Wharton is one of the best physical therapists in the United States. This well-thought out app gives you access to the techniques and movements he uses to heal his clients and enable them to perform at their best. The video demonstrations and explanations are clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended!

Awesome for athletes

20 years ago the Whartons’ approach to flexibility training transformed me from being a “tight” athlete to a very flexible one who now still reaps huge benefits — both in terms of performance and injury prevention. It’s no wonder they’ve worked with hundreds of Olympic athletes - their approach works. This app has tons of great, practical videos that can help anyone from a non-athlete in chronic pain to a high-performance athlete. Awesome information, awesome app, and very excited they’ll be adding more videos in the months ahead too!

A must have

The whartons have helped me avoid. Surgery and rehab sports injuries. They are true pioneers in the area of active isolated stretching. Highly recommend this app. A great deal at $1.99!

Great Health App

I started working with the Whartons when I was 13 years old. They helped and continue to help me (over 20 years later!) pursue and achieve my athletic and health goals. I barely missed making an Olympic team at age 14 and my drastic improvement that year was largely due to what I learned from the Whartons. I continued on to become an Olympic champion and World-Record Holder. I'm so grateful for their work and now for the convenience of this app. What a great opportunity to have access to all of the wonderful information that is Wharton Health at my fingertips and throughout my day. I will definitely be recommending this many times!!
