Not recommended, just a waste of time, delivery is never on time. For. Medicine delivery to be delivering in 2 hour!!!! And promising 30 mins is unacceptable, their customer service are not helpful and cannot sort anything and barely pick up the calls.

I dont recommend specially if some one having pain this people are taking hours to can help you . Worst application ever. Specially when they are dealing with emergency cases they give no help only making you suffer from pain for longer

Is anyone form this company even reading those reviews?? Search doesn’t work, you can’t save favorites! The app crashes.. can’t save addresses. Really!!
The worst pharmacy in Dubai
They are liars, they will tell you what you want to hear to get your prescription, once they apply for it, promises will change and suddenly the medicine out of stock after they said they have it, and the worst is the delivery they say within one hour but you may wait up to 5 hours and every-time you call to follow up same nonsense we will follow up with the driver and call back for 5 hours. I will never use them again. I would if rates minus if it is an option

If urgent go to pharmacy yourself
Do not trust for emergency. Nearly 1 hr still waiting for allergy mediation for shortness of breath and tightness in chest. They said they would make it urgent. I would of been better off going directly to the pharmacy. Use only for small things

The app is good but of no use if i cant select any area other than Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I live in Al Ain, but i guess it is not for here.

Absolute Worthless App
An absolute worthless app, has no option to order any medicines. The search does not populate any results either for the medicines that you require or an alternative to the same. I’ve been needing Tablets like Euthyrox, Diclogesic and Enelfa Dolorgiet and none of these are listed. All that they have are medicines like Panadol & Brufen.

Great service - lots of bugs
Service is great - app still has lots of bugs. Won’t let me save my address without an error, shuts down randomly.
Lastly, don’t see any updates feature - storing credit cards, seeing where the driver is, etc
So I use the app to click on the phone button, which defeats the purpose.
