I love this app.
Did Not Approve of this purchase
I was only showing this app to someone that does not speak English and I got charged for a weeks subscription. Having a very hard time getting a refund.
Wasting money
This app is not accurate at all. It can’t hear and recognize the English voices properly, and they charge you 15 dollars in order to start using the app as well. Before I had “say hi” translate app, but yesterday they stopped continuing it unfortunately. It was accurate and so smart. Don’t waste your money for this app

This is good I have cousins that speak Arabic and I need to learn it but this is like a cheat code

Je l’ai utilisé en voyage au Costa Rica et l’application fonctionnait seulement sur le wifi ou je devais mettre une carte afin d’avoir du LTE, même si j’avais déboursé le forfait avec sans réseau! Je me suis donc demandé si j’étais la seule et j’ai tenté de communiquer avec eux. Puis, aucune réponse, aucune possibilité de remboursement sur l’abonnement ni partielle! Ils n’ont aucun service à la clientèle et c’est pas fiable à l’étranger!

Doesn’t work
Not intuitive at all. I’m clicking the flag and trying the microphone and still nothing is translating to Spanish. Just a type box. Make it intuitive. Deleted!
Can't even test it
First time opening, it forces you to trial or select a subscription. What a terrible model, why would I commit to something I can't even try. I don't like the tactic of hey try us but if we forget to cancel, will get charged. So 1 star for not even letting me try anything.
Needs a fix
Works great for about two days. Then you have to delete it and reinstall it because it lags and takes about five minutes to load up. Slightly annoying when you’re trying to talk to somebody and you have to wait five minutes for it to start working again.

Have you tried restarting your device? Also deleting and re-installing the app might help solving the issue you are experiencing.
