Basically, you use the app just to see that there is no slot anymore for the activity you want to do, because it is not synced with the website. Poor app even worst web side
It is really hard to creat a poor App these day, but I must admit your app is the worst I’ve experience in ages. This app is simply useless not able to do anything through. 1 is a generous rating I would give it a 0 if possible. Should be removed from app store. Terrible App
The registration process is arduous but most shockingly it doesn’t allow you to book in children / families. I was advised at the leisure centre that I would have to set up individual accounts for them individually and pay via their accounts for the same swimming sessions. My children are 7 and 8 years old! I wouldn’t mind so much if Edinburgh leisure weren’t currently only allowing bookings via this incredibly shonky app.Show lessIxia the great
DO NOT USE THIS APP OR ONLINE SERVICES
Tried booking lane swimming, when it comes to paying for the session after entering payment details it freezes on 3D payment security so the booking has to be Cancelled
If you’re unfortunate to book within 3 hours of session starting like I did you’ll be charged £3 which , again, cannot be paid for due to the broken online payment system.

It’s ok but needs work done
If you use it for the same thing then I guess it’s ok, as you get used to it. But it’s like using a different app if you usually use it to check swim pool timetable, but then want to book a golf tee off time.
Drumbrae leisure centre works on it ok to check timetable for when the pool is free, but Ainslie Park doesn’t (iPhone 11).
I’ve used it for years for golf and it sorely needs a big update or upgrading because it’s clunky. Took my ages to do something as basic as add a venue to favs, and then could I find them again!?
I should easily be able to just see where I can swim right now at all/any venues I input. Instead I have to go in and out of all the venues to check individually.
Worst of all, the various venue pages have a different layout 😡 So the space on the page where you intuitively want to touch for “pool times” is top tight for one and bottom left for another, grrrr.Show lessCash4sale
App needs investment!
Great product & services from EL but the app needs investment.
No virtual member card to scan at reception.
Add a geo location option so You can check in when you are at the venue. Meaning you would not need to que or disturb reception.
The app “favourites” cannot be arranged in date order or venue. Only alphabetical by class name which is annoying.
No search function for all venues to find the class you want.
App needs push notifications for waiting list changes, when venues are temp opening & closing etc.Show lessAnderoooo
Very basic app
Ok to book your favourite classes but useless for finding an alternative. No search function (why no?) so you end up looking through every centre to see if there’s anything suitable, that’s after adding each one to your list. Could be so much better. Why can’t you just enter Body combat, for example , and it could list all the classes. Come on EL improve this app.Show lessFestival queen
Good except for time outs on My Bookings
Good app and works well for me booking fitness classes and golf times. Unfortunately when I want to review My Bookings it “Request Timed Out” about 99% of the time so I then have to go into each centre or golf course to manage my bookings. So frustrating. Other people complain about same problem. Can you fix this please before adding any more features!? ThanksShow lessCharlie Gas
Could do so much more!
This app is useful for booking/cancelling classes 24hrs a day - it is great for that and planning your week.
Where it could be improved: manage more account settings, provide a friends community or a ‘share to whatsapp group’, push notifications for class openings when you’re on a wait list, a button on the app which allows you to take an open position on a wait list, event push notifications (eg closures, change of venue etc)
Hoping some ideas are taken on board and improvements made, it’s good, just could be better!!Show lessGrrrr489

Great concept and when it works, it brilliant. Unfortunately, it works 25% of the time at most. The rest of the time you get a blank screen or a failure to load message. Removing & re-installing the app makes no difference sadly.nessie76
